I have an RCA XL 100 tlevision and it only shows channels 31 and 32 even with the cable hooked up to it? I have change the tv mode to catv and it still does the same. i have tried an cable box also?

Are you sure the cable is ok? Does the same cable connection work when connected to a different TV?
