Help answer this question below.

My daughter is starting a head start program this Fall and this will be the first time shes really been in a school enviroment.... Any suggestions on how to help with my anxiety?

    she will be fine!! the only thing i can tell you is be careful...she will sense your anxiety and in return she will become very nervous and her first couple of days are going to be so rough. If she senses that u are nervous in any way, she will feel the same about the situation. You can go to her first class if u would like, sit back and watch...but depending on the child, may make it harder for them because she may expect u to be there every day. My kids love the school scene, they loved before they were in it and my youngest cant wait, so i guess its hard for me to say.
