Never give your dog ANY cooked bones.. I give my dogs Raw bones, but a t-bone is a little small (i guess it depends on the breed). If your dog is going to crunch right through it, I suggest raw with meat on it to help cover it, if you have like a little chi or something then you could give it without meat, just make sure your dog isn't taking bit chunks of it off at a time.
