Help answer this question below.

I'm 16 and am lesbian/bisexual (unsure for the moment). Should I keep my secret from my parents, or tell them now and risk being beaten or kicked out?

    I would wait. Especially if you're really unsure as to your parent's reaction to hearing the news. Even if they don't kick you out or beat you, they may make you feel horrible, disgusting, ashamed etc, basically making your life a living hell until you're able to move out and support yourself. I think it's best to come out when you're financially able to support yourself and not have to rely on your parents so much at this age. otoh, if you have a strong support group of friends, they may be able to help you through any rough spots with your parents.
    You have to remember that even though YOU'VE always known you're a lesbian/bisexual, this is completely new to your parents so their reaction probably won't be a positive one. Hope everything works out for you! Keep your head up!
