Why won't my AVG antivirus let me run KAZAA on my computer?

It depends on what AVG says when you try to turn on KAZAA. AVG might consider KAZAA as a virus or adware or spyware. Is there another program you would like to use to download music from. If you try something else it might let you use it. How about trying Limewire and seeing if that helps. Do you use a spyware program on your computer? If so try running it and if it detects KAZAA as adware or spyware you may need to try another program as I said above. I hope this answer helps.

I am using free AVG 8.5. I get a note that my resident sheild is not active. I tried to reactvate it and it does work. I tried to remove Avg and it does not work also. Warning message: Error action failes for creating backup.
