Judas did not have to betray Jesus in order for Jesus to die. The truth is, all he did was make it easier to find Jesus.

So if one of your friends betrayed you so that you are sitting on death row for a crime you didn't commit....would you say: 'oh well. Even if you knew that you were going to be wrongfully accused and end up in jail anyway, would this fact make what your friend did o.k.?
