Help answer this question below.

If you have a pit bull,HALF BLUE PIT HALF REDNOSE PIT,would it still be considered full blood pit bull and could he be aka registered even though his dad was 100%blue and mom was 100% rednose?

    Wow.. you have A LOT to learn when it comes to pitbulls, this question almost doesn't even make sense.

    A pit bull is a pit bull regardless of it's color, or the color of it's nose. What matters is if the parents were registered.

    I have never even heard of the AKA and I seriously doubt that it is a registry. The only credible registries for American Pit Bull Terriers is the UKC and ADBA.

    If the parents of your dog were registered then you would have to get the information from the breeder to fill out the application for registration which you can find on the UKC or ADBA websites. The AKC does register American Staffordshire Terriers which are commonly considered the same as American Pit Bull Terriers to the average person but you cannot register an American Pit Bull Terrier as an American Staffordshire Terrier, you can register an American Staffordshire as an American Pit Bull Terrier though. In order to get a dog AKC registered as an American Staffordshire Terrier BOTH parents would have to be AKC registered American Staffordshire Terriers, there is no other way to get your dog AKC registered.
