Why does AB promote "no duplicate questions" when there are PLENTY of duplicates and variations of duplicates throughout the site?

    It's hard to catch every duplicate question here and there. Sometimes, variation duplicates may not be marked, and those flags may sometimes be denied. If you do see duplicates, just flag them. Not everyone can catch all duplicates, and many duplicates keep coming back in a new question.
