    This is a Title given to the Devil/Satan/Lucifer it has also applied to Cain.
    It is also a Title given to the followers of the Devil =

    Sons of Perdition.

    These are the ones who openly come out in rebelion & fight against God & Christ having chosen to follow Satan KNOWING that God exists.
