Help answer this question below.

I have resentment towards my ex for leaving me and my kids for someone else, but when I see him I don't feel no hate,resentment, what does this mean?

    It sounds to me like you are a mature person. If you can keep that solid footing, I think it will be better for your children. You should be proud of yourself.
