I like this girl a lot, and she likes me and another guy, but she's going through a breakup right now. Should I wait around even though she could go out with the other guy?

No, never put your life on hold for anyone. It's nice that she's honest enough to let you know that she likes you both so everyone knows what's going on. Another words if you date her, do it knowing youwill not be the only one dating her.
