Where can I find blueprints for all homes built in a certain county or city?

    you can't. Blueprints are the sole property of either the contractor/company if it's a company that builds a bunch of the same houses, or the owner of the home if it's a custom built home. Blueprints are not supposed to be shared with everyone because the engineers who design and draft them are paid big bucks to do that.

    • I neglected to mention that I am the owner. Also would be good if they included specifications on septic tanks system etc. Also locations of water lines from well systems etc.
