    • A distraction is ideal in relieving stress, I'm not kidding. They even encourage kids when taking tests, if they feel stressed, put it down, stretch and clear your mind for a bit. You can burn yourself out and even make serious mistakes if you don't step back and refocus... nothing refocuses you quite like a distraction.
