You have a pile of work on your desk. You are have calls from customer service reps because you are behind in processing your work. What are you going to do to lower your stress level?

    I would remind the reps that constant interruptons will put me farther behind. Tell them you are doing a thorogh job for them, because you know how much they depend on high quality work.Then, take a deep breath and open the next job. You are good at what you do.
