Pills, liquids, fads, crash diets do not work! Losing weight "fast" is also not healthy. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week. I talked to my doctor first. Everyone's needs are different. I lost all my weight (80 lbs) and kept it off a year and a half now with Weight Watchers. I also got my bp/cholesterol to normal numbers. It's not really a diet so much as a healthier eating lifestyle....something you can also do long term.
