Help answer this question below.

If a driver is from NY and they get a ticket in Richmond, VA while doing 100 mph on the highway, would that driver still get points on their license issued by NY state?

    At that speed..............yes.

    You should have been issued a reckless driving citation, instead of a speeding citatation.

    Computers are wonderful.

    They follow your trail from one state to another and one country to another.

    You can run, but you cannot hide.....from computers.
