    I'm sure young people have the same ratio of successful and disastrous marriages as older people! There are plenty of mature people who have made a terrible mistake in choosing their life partner, just as there are young people who have had little life experience. By the same token there are wonderful unions between people of all generations. It depends upon the personalities of the people involved, not how old they are. I married at 19, divorced at 31, and remarried at 31;
