How unsafe are these new little "Smart Cars"? I see them on the highway and I just cringe.

    Well, if you hit a Semi Truck at 80mph you will die. However as compared to other small cars it does very well in crash tests. Here is a link about it: http://www.thetorquereport.com/2008/05/official_iihs_crash_test_resul.html
