Is it true that some Dinosaurs lived into early mid-evel times and that is why legends of dragons are in most cultures.

    Some dinosaurs live today, there called aligators. But to answer your ?, dragons were just stories past down from generation to generation

    • Dinosaurs live on today as birds, as far as I know. Quite a few were evolving feathers before they all became extinct.

    • They did live at the same time as Dinosaurs, but that does not make them actual Dinosaurs (they are part of the taxonomic order "Crocodilia" as opposed to "Dinosauria")

    • Yep, birds are more closely related to dinosaurs than crocodillians.
