i am 47 and drive for approx.2 1/2 hrs 5 days a wk. my knee/legs pain at bedtime.is there any home remedy to ease the pain. pl advice.

are you saying golf and swimming are not exercise?
I'm surprised that pulling your knees to your chest works for you. The morning is not the best time to exercise the back, as it 'swells' with fluid over night that can add extra stress to the tissues. But if it works, who am I to argue?
