There are 1250 mg of creatine per serving how many servings should i take during my loading phase?

    Are you sure about that serving size? Creatine Monohydrate (purest form) serving sizes is normally 5 grams.

    Load should consist of 10 grams for the 1st 5 days. Take 5 grams, 30-45 minutes prior to workout... then 5 grams right after workout. To maintain, take 5 grams immediately after workout.

    If in powder form (best kind)... take with 6-8oz. of a high sugar, low acidic juic. Apple juice and grape juice are ideal. This is because sugar helps in the transport of creatine to the muscles.
