Help answer this question below.

You are driving along a narrow two lane road with a NO PA SSING sign posted, and you come upon a bicycle rider. what do you do?

When it's safe I'd pass him. If he was not along the side of the road and wouldn't let me pass, I'd call the police and report him. Bikes are not allowed to block cars.
