You are driving along a narrow two lane road with a NO PA SSING sign posted, and you come upon a bicycle rider. what do you do?

Assuming the biker is doing as he should and riding along the right shoulder, then I would simply and carefully pass him. If he is in the middle of the road, then I would probably honk at him in the hopes that he would pull over to the side and allow me to pass.
