Help answer this question below.

You are driving along a narrow two lane road with a NO PA SSING sign posted, and you come upon a bicycle rider. what do you do?

    Shadow is Gone

    If the biker is maintaining a speed, near the posted speed limit, I wait until the "no passing" area has been cleared. If not, and it's safe to pass, I pass the biker.
