You are driving along a narrow two lane road with a NO PA SSING sign posted, and you come upon a bicycle rider. what do you do?

I live in a place just like this, all the roads are narrow, two lane or less, steep and winding and we have slow moving logging trucks. I wait until it's safe and I pass them.
