SHOULD WE CALL THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IF WE HAVE ASKED A PERSON TO LEAVE OUR PROPERTY AND DOES NOT BECAUSE HE IS TO INTOXICATED TO DO SO HIMSELF

    UK law, you have the right to ask them to leave, and the right to use 'reasonable force' if they refuse to do so, you also have the right to call the police and ask them to assist you with the removal of the person from your property.
