You're reading SHOULD WE CALL THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IF WE HAVE ASKED A PERSON TO LEAVE OUR PROPERTY AND DOES NOT BECAUSE HE IS TO INTOXICATED TO DO SO HIMSELF

err.. shoot him because he's drunk?
That's pretty extreme and unnecessary, in my oppinion.. if he is indeed dead drunk, it should be easy to either push him out or tackle him and drag him out. Nobody gets hurt that way (well, he might get a few bruises, but nothing serious)

Nah, obviously it's the part about him being on your property without consent, not that he's drunk.
Obviously, because I put 'clearly' in capital letters, to emphasise the 'ask him to leave' bit.

well, he said "and does not because he's too intoxicated to do so himself". A gun doesn't help you then. And even if he weren't, shooting him would just be plain stupid in my oppinion..

But I expect that his drunkeness isn't to the point of paralysis because he is asking him to get off the proerty in the first place.
If he was so drunk he couldn't walk, they'd just call an ambo. Obviously he isn't that drunk.
