Many of my co-workers take things personally. I work in a call center, and when someone has a difficult call they get aggravated and then after the call vent to other reps. I just move on to the next call because the person isn't mad at me, they're just in a bad situation so why take things personally? I get irritated by co-workers who snap on others and fuss and fume hours later because of one bad call. I always wished that these people would just find a new job. It would make my day a little more peaceful.
