if u like him, then holla @ him....just strike up casual conversation when u see him...say hey how u doin..if he be checkin u out then that means he interested in u, how u gonna kno if u wastin ur time if u wont even take the time to talk to him...some guys arent like the other guys the hang out with...
if u want to approach him, dont seem so distant...try and open urself up to him when u see him...give him a compliment or just ask how hes doing...if ur in a class with him ask him about something that happened in class....if u want to be different from everybody else, pull him to the side and just tell him how u feelin and ask him would he be interested in hangin sometime....this guy i'm talkin to now contacted me over myspace and told me how he was feelin...we been textin and talkin ever since...u wont know until u try :-)
