Compare the amount of harm between Cigarette smoke to Cigar smoke, Cigarette smoking causes many types of cancer, including cancers of the lung, esophagus, larynx (voice box), mouth, throat, kidney, bladder, pancreas, stomach, and cervix, as well as acute myeloid leukemia. Cigar smoking causes oral cancer (cancers of the lip, tongue, mouth, and throat) and cancers of the larynx (voice box), esophagus, and lung. There argue all you want there both pretty much the same!
