What is the dress code for your job? (i.e. Suit/tie, casual, etc.)

    When I am in the office, it is dress pants, collared shirt, long sleeve, no golf shirts allowed and dress socks. OUtside of the office, usually it is suit and tie. Both instances I must be freshly shaved, which i think is bullshit. Thats about it. Women, I dont really know.
