What's the best solution to the problem of homelessness in the United States?

    Reversing the course the Reagan Administration took in the 80's that took mentally ill people off their meds and out of hospitals and put them back out on the street. Those people need care and a society as affluent as the USA should be caring for them. Many are vets who fought for this country and are forever damaged.
