Help answer this question below.

If you were going to be sued, and you had basically nothing that could be taken, EXCEPT for a small savings of $6000, could you place that money in a savings account bearing your child's name to protect it from a judgement against you?

    I would certainly think so... but that's just my opinion. Not 100% on that one ;-P Good question, though!
