Help answer this question below.

Why is it when we are old and most people cant move as when we were 20.Now you will see a cat who is 15-20 yrs and they can run around like they are much younger.Why is that?

Animals generally lead a much more active life than humans, and eat a much better diet (they don't have much choice!) There are some pretty spritely elderlies out there who have worked on it too.
