Is it healthy to not masturbate for years even after you've already done it? For instance, will it affect my chances of having children?

    In fact, the reverse is true. Ejaculating (whether from masturbating or having sex) often is good for your sexual organs, particularly your prostrate. The more you ejaculate the less likely you are to develop prostate cancer when you're older.
