Your question is rather vague so I'm not sure exactly how to answer.

I have read some studies that say penises tend to shrink over time. Apparently, some men loose an inch or more in erect length between the ages of 20 and 60. I'm 51 and mine is just as big as it was when I was 20.

Some men lose the ability to have erections as they get older. Generally, there is nothing wrong with the penis, but rather some other underlying issue.

Because of slow stretching of skin, tendons and such, older men tend to hang lower when flaccid than younger men, penis and testicles both tend to hang farther down the leg.
