I found the tiniest bit of blood in my ejaculate, though I'm not having any pain or other problems. What could this be?

If it is just the tiniest bit and only once, then it probably means nothing. Any tiny broken capillary from your kidney to your prostate to the end of your penis could have leaked a tiny bit of blood. Being a little too over vigorous while masturbating or having sex could break a capillary somewhere. Riding a bike over rough terrain could have caused it.

However, if there is a lot of blood, it could indicate serious kidney problems or an infection somewhere in your urinary tract, or serious prostate problems. (Are you over 40? Have you had your prostate checked lately?) Anything that causes a lot of bleeding in that area is also very likely cause some serious pain, and you would also see blood in your urine. However, prostate problems tend to be painless until it's too late.
