I've only DR'd about two posts since I've been here, so I don't know from my experience.
Perhaps a troll might get the following pop-up: "You have given this member too many negative ratings in the last week. We know you're trying to be a total f***g AHOLE, but some of the other members would HATE to have your input as well!" ;)
Bring back the point system with downrates and points: What do you think?

lol, I was so afraid that when I went to fix all the -5s, it was going to give me the 'you have given this member too many positive ratings' box and not let me reverse them. Luckily it let me :)
