Know of any natural pain killers for internal pain?

• I'm actually wondering because I'm getting an IUD inserted on Tuesday, and my doctor told me to take 600mg ibuprofen, which will dull the pain a little. But I was just wondering if there were any thing else that might help.

• 600 mg of ibuprofen is TERRIBLE for you.... DO NOT LISTEN TO YOUR DOCTOR!!! try taking something that will relax your muscles, and definately get some of those enzymes i said. please don't take that much ibuprofen it is really terrible for your body, and if you'd like to keep your liver i suggest trying it my way. go to your nearest healthfood store (NOT A GNC) and ask them for help

• lol, I know ibuprofen is horrible for you, that's why I'm asking =P I usually go to the apothecary but they don't always know... especially if it's one of the apprentices who I'm talking to. I was thinking that maybe cayenne pepper might help, because it has the effect of numbing pain when you eat it. But thank you for your help ^_^

• sure thing....there's also this amino acid that i cant remember the name of. i will look it up at work today and get back to you k? it stops your brain from recieving pain signals... very cool
