A tornado passed through here this past Wednesday but we came out ok. Where we live is somewhat in a little valley and the streets that surround us had heavy damage but no loss of life. It was the first time in the 25 years I have lived in this one area that the college down the street rang the siren. But I do love to watch the thunderstorms. Where you live Galeanda,what kind of bad weather do you see? Heavy winds?

Tornado! Scary! They tell me there was one up here about 6-8 years ago. But mostly we get strong thunderstorms with buckets of water falling all at once and hail and winds, usually 45-60 mph, but just for short periods of time. And then all the thunder and lightning. How I do love a good light show!!! And the noise just shakes the house. Living in a log home is like living in a guitar soundboard LOL!!! You'd really love sitting upstairs like in the tree tops with the wind and thunder! It's awesome:-)

There's a lot of it going around. Someone trolled me 3 days ago and got PBed for it and I have a suspicion that they are still DRing me with -1s now. It's the silly season. I think it gets this way every time school let's out, either kids or over stressed adults LOL!!!

LOL - Yes - summer brings out the juvenile side of Internet users... for sure. Is the crew any closer to banning whole IP addresses? I think that would really help the sketchiness...

They do ban IPs, but they need to catch them 2-3 times before they can zero in on them. But often they just come back with a new IP and then it takes 2-3 times more.
