    Nothing anyone could say would better my mother's pet name for my youngest sister....
    Ickle Boofuls Sweetheart Angelface Sugarplum Fairy.
    OMG!! We still throw it up every so often and my youngest sister's family nickname is still 'Ick' (she's in her late 40's now.)
    Mind you, you couldn't have thought of a less appropriate description of my sister when she was a kid!
