How can I get better performance from my video card, excluding buying a better one, or updating the drivers(Already did so). I want to get a better FPS rate, so I can play Age of Conan without it lagging horribly.

    Overclocking, is quite literally, removing the safe guards that prevent your hardware from overheating. Overclocking is dangerious as it can, and likely will damage your card. I really want to play AOC, but not to the point where I'll risk damaging my computer to do so.

    If your going to recommand Overclocking to someone, you should really explain WHAT overclocking is, and point out the risks that it involves. I took a class on computers, plus have a dad who makes computers as a hobby. So luckily I've learned about the dangers of Overclocking. But not everyone does, so if your going to recommand it to someone, point out its dangerious first.
