If you were on a plane and it was going to crash, would have a better chance of surivival if you crashed on land or on the water?

    Well there are so many things to take into concideration, however if you live through the crash, then at least you might get to walk away on land. More rescue people can attend a land crash than a water/sea crash. The chances of surviving a water landing isn't good, plus there may be quite some time before rescue arrives, leaving you swimming on a fairly large ocean.
