You're reading Are there companies that do not do background checks? who are they?
Comments
It's easy for someone who has never made a mistake to say, "...do not do something stupid to fail a background check." Try being a human being and consider for a moment that not everyone with a criminal record is a low life or repeat offender. There even good people make mistakes and are willing to be honest, hard working members of society.

I know they aren't all low lives or repeat offenders. I just think people need to take personal responsibility into account. You have to pay for your mistakes. You have to realize because of your actions, there are things that will result from it. You shouldn't expect people just ignore it. If that means you can't get a certain job, it is just a consequence of your actions. Cause and effect. You can still be an honest hardworking member of society, you just can't do whatever you want. People with drug convictions can't get most medical jobs. Why, you are around drugs. People with a criminal history can't be cops. Why, conflict of interest. You can still work, you just can't get every job.

Also not everyone that gets accused is guilty. People lie, the systems often fails. Just something to think about before judging.

I'm not judging anyone. I just said, there are conequences for your actions. No, not everyone accused is guilty, but that is not the norm. Getting all defensive doesn't change anything. Reality is, with a criminal record, your career options are cut. Not my doing, it's just the way it is.
@jasmine before you call someone stupid, learn to spell, it's you're, not your.

TO MEDICAL GIRL You live in a perfect world under a rock with that comment, when I saw that i had to say something. Dont get in trouble, who do you think you are. Your even telling people how to spell. People are on here asking for help, NOT to hear stupid f uped comments from somebody like you. Go play in your fairy tail land were people dont get in trouble, not mess with people who are only trying to find honest work and better themselves. Why cant you be useful to people, you for sure have nothing better to do. YOU ARE AN A@#!!!!!!! Staff Sense (Richardson Texas) can help if your in that area. your probably going to tell me I have run on senteces yeah I spelled it wrong for you...dip shi#$.....

I just want to add, although this is probably really old. However, that the consequence of our actions was sitting in a detention facility away from family, friends, children, not able to work. That was the punishment that my judicial system gave me. Getting a good job, going to school bettering my life and being a law abiding citizen has NOTHING to do with cause and effect. I paid my dues and having my job opportunity cut in half is not fair. This is a free country. What happened to equal opportunity? I am highly qualified in a management position, yet i do not get one. the only difference between me and you, is that I got caught. Our government wants to govern our country through God stop abortion and gay rights. But they forget that all sin is the same in the eyes of the Lord. You telling a white lie was no different than what i did in Gods eyes. But you can tell the good Lord why you were judging his children being negative, instead of giving support and advice. Only God can judge me :)
