Help answer this question below.

Some women have a "roll" at the bottom of their stomach after giving birth and for the rest of their lives! How do you keep it clean and odor free and how do you minimize the roll?

    Daily bathing of course. Pay extra attention to the folds and soap it up and rinse well a couple of times. For us ladies, (especially as we age), a hand held shower is best for rinsing and cleansing the folds. Sorry, I am not trying to be gross.

    • Thank you Anonymous! I don't think your answer is "gross" at all. It's just a fact of life! Some of us have these things going on and it's difficult to talk face to face with another woman or either the doctor. I asked because I was looking for an honest answer. I didn't know if I should use any particular soap or maybe an altogether different method. It's embarrasing for me to admit that I have this problem, but anonymously, it made it much easier to ask and to recieve your answer. Once again, thank you for answering the question. I appreciate it.
