How do u lose weight wen uve tried every thing but nothing worked?

    The question is substantial to most, in that with todays society here in the states, we do not know how to eat properly, PERIOD!

    OK, when you say everything, what truly does one mean? When it comes to one's food and eating, in proper terms that is considered their diet, and when someone tries the misnomer "diet", it usually means that they're really attempting to try and eat properly, and perhaps maybe for the first time in their lives, or for short periods of time, and then give it up due to lack of results.

    Let's say one has been over weight for most of their lives, and they are oh, 20 years old? We at this age have been influanced to the majority of years to our eating habits by the our providers of sustenance for the most part, our Parents, and as such, it is quite difficult to stray away from in just a few years. If one is older, well it takes a good period of time to break those ill learned ways, and some never do. without help that is.....

    We truly can't do it alone, we need friends to help, and professionals trained to teach us what is right from so many years of doing it wrong. Now, to truly obtain success in anything in life, One must first set realistic goals, and be they a must to those of a truly obtainable nature. First take in consideration to how long one has been overweight, and then calculate it out reasonably in their mind in order to be satisified with their progress.

    If you have taken 20 years to get where you are, then how does one expect to lose 20 years of improper diet in a month or two? Be happy with the who that you are, as well as be satisfied in your mind that just because you are overweight, you are no less a person than if you were at your minds ideal weight.

    Take things at a pace that is healthy to the body, and keep record of all your progress, and do not ever dispair to any shortfalls. Think about this, just as your car needs preventative maintenance, so does one's body, and if one let's their car go for years without service, a quick fix by changing the nasty old oil isnt gonna replace years of negelect. Your body is no different, and clensing the bad takes a good period of time to get onto a new healthier cycle. that means truly a proper diet in moderation of the required 4 food groups, in 3 minimal meals a day, and if needed, healthy snacks of a small nature, with nuts, rasins, fruits, veggies. NO POTATO CHIPS or similiar snacks, use the flavored rice cakes, they are good, and taste like flavored popcorn

    If one must have some sugar based sweets, it's ok, but only in tid bits to anything chocolate based, and then it must be dark or bittersweet. Trying to satisfy the sugar cravings is the most difficult, so try sucking on sugar free hard candies, without biting or chewing upon them, as this will satisfy those desires for a long time in-between those type of cravings.

    The biggest failure to dieting is no excersise whilst accomplishing their control of food intake. if you are not excersizing regularly, on top of work, or regular daily activities, then you will fail, PERIOD. If those activities were enough, then one wouldent have the problem to begin with, right?

    In addition, just by one taking in less calories won't be substantal to losing weight in any true measure, as it will only just level out any more gain or fluctuations no doubt. Remember, you don't just need to burn off what you have eaten, even if now it is less, you ALSO are in need of burning off all those unwanted previously placed fat cells, and the only way that can be obtained is through a daily regiment of healthy, doctor approved excersizes for both caloric burn and cardio-vascular purposes.

    Be good to yourself, be positive, and set true obtainable goals. Go to the doctor and have it checked out for your body's ability to excersize, and then join a good gym, and get a trainer to help you at first.

    These and only these are the things that will allow you to take control of your body, and not have it control you. be well my friend, and do not give up, you have it with-in you to be the one you wish to be, we all do, just stay the course, and know that you are truly worth it.
