    I was 14 and i regret it. In fact I havent spoke to that person since so i suggest if you are going to do it, make sure you at least care about the person and they are actually going to stick around. That way it can be a memory you both can share instead of one you'd like to forget. Nothing is wrong with it as long as you two are both comitted. If you are going around and having one night stands slutting it up, then clearly you are having sex for the wrong reason and in result yes you are too young mature wise.
