Help answer this question below.

When there are answers to question who chooses what question is the top answer. For I have submitted questions with out any points and this question happens to get to the top as soon I submit the answer

    The only thing I can think of is software do have problems and do not always work the way they are intended to do. There is also a moderator maybe they have some say in this. Although the site is intended to let the people on it control it, with the point system. One other thing if someone has flag to a anwser this could have some delayed reaction to how the questions are rated. But for the most part it works very good!

    • thanks that is starting to make sense for the longest time I thought what the hell? How did that answer become the top answer with no points, weird and that has happend allot.
