Help answer this question below.

A father and adult daugher live in the USA. The father owes money to a bank in Thailand. Is it possible for the daughter to legally assume the responsibility of this debt, and exonerate her dad from owing this money?

    The daughter would not need to assume legal responsibility of the debt. All she would have to do is pay it off, and her father would be exonerated. The bank isn't going to care who pays off the debt.
