Why people say IQ of a 35 yr old american = IQ of 10 yr old indian, i.e. indians are intelligent but americans are becoming stupid day by day?

    First of all Indians have one of the lowest IQs in the world, secondly, who are these "people" you're referring to?

    • Before I start I want to say "all indians have one of the lowest IQ's in the world" is worded incorectly (showing your IQ might be shaky[no offense]). It should be something like: "Most Indians have a low IQ." or "The country of India as a whole has a low average IQ". Anyway I find it rude that you put down the intelligence of a whole race due to a strange question on the internet.
